We are a non-denominational, Bible-based church here to honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through worship and teaching from His Word. Our mission is to evangelize, bond, equip the saints, and send them out to the mission field – Luke 10:2 “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.”
We are striving to become a people who display the nature and character of Christ. We welcome all visitors who are sincerely searching for the truth as revealed to us through His Word. Please take a moment to find out more about our church. Click here for more information, and here for directions.

Thank you so much for your interest in The Edgemont Bible Church Community Garden during our inaugural year! We are excited to get started in the Spring of 2014! The purpose of this garden is to build community, as well as encourage self-reliance, beautify the neighborhood, produce nutritious foods, reducing family food budgets, conserving resources, and create opportunity for recreation, exercise, and education.
The garden is separated into 10 ft. x 10 ft. sections that can be rented at $30 per season. We are setting up a separate herb garden and you are welcome to pick from.
There is a seed sharing basket in the church office. Feel free to try something new or donate your extras.
For the 2014 growing season, we’re looking for volunteers to care for parts of the garden, like the herb garden or maintaining the watering system. There are opportunities for administrative work, too. We would be happy to have you join us! If you are available to volunteer to help, please contact Jeff Pitts at 618-444-8799 or garden@EdgemontBibleChurch.org.
Please read the Rules For Harmony carefully and turn in a Plot Reservation Form to the church office to have a plot assigned to you for the season.
All are welcome! Anyone with great gardening secrets, or those who need some, can check the contact info sharing box on their application (garden use only, please). Gardener Gatherings are planned. Dates TBD.
