In requesting the use of the facility you must understand that we have no one on staff available to set up for your event or to clean up and set up after your event is finished. This is your responsibility fully! We would appreciate your remembering there is NO SMOKING in the facilities anywhere and this needs to be communicated to those attending your event. Also, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES of any kind are to be brought into or consumed in any way in this facility or on its grounds. The facility is to look as good as the way you found it, and it must be set up by your group for the next regularly scheduled event as you leave. The requesting party assumes all responsibility for any damage to property or equipment while being used by you or your guests.
